what areas do you serve?

We’re based in Saratoga Springs, Utah and take on projects throughout Utah. Virtual design services are available for clients outside the area or for those who prefer a designer-guided plan they can implement on their own.

Can I make changes after the initial design?

After you’ve reviewed your design presentation, we offer one round of revisions to fine-tune details. Once approved, you’ll receive a full design package with drawings, renderings, and a specification list for ordering and installation.

Do you manage subcontractors?

Yes. We’re happy to coordinate with your subcontractors to ensure the design is executed exactly as planned. This includes communicating layout details, finish specifications, and installation expectations so the project runs smoothly. If you don’t already have a team in place, we can also recommend trusted professionals we’ve worked with who align with our standards for quality and craftsmanship.

who is responsible for damages?

We only recommend vendors with strong quality control and shipping processes, but damages can happen. If you purchase through our trade accounts, we’ll assist with claims or replacements. For client-purchased items, we’ll guide you on how to resolve it directly with the retailer.

what if i want to expand my project?

We can absolutely add rooms or expand the design scope later. A new proposal will be created outlining additional design time, drawings, or sourcing as needed.

How long does the design process typically take?

Timelines vary based on the size of the project and the level of customization. Smaller spaces like bathrooms or styling refreshes can take a few weeks, while full kitchen or multi-room designs may span several months. A clear project timeline is provided after design consult and a contract is signed.

How involved will I be in the design process?

Your input is essential. We design with you, not just for you. From concept to final selections, your feedback helps shape a space that genuinely reflects your lifestyle and taste.

can you incorporate exisiting furniture?

Absolutely! We love incorporating meaningful, existing items into a refreshed design. During our initial consultation, we’ll identify which pieces you’d like to keep and how they can fit seamlessly into your updated space.

What if I have concerns during the project?

Are there additional costs not included in the initial quote?

Our initial quote is comprehensive. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation, maintaining transparency.
